thanks Brenda.......not all of them no......in fact i havent got any with the mother in the census' at all.

Hi, just thought i would try on here to see if anybody could be so kind as to help.....i have the following:

Patrick Rowley - father.....born in county mayo, ireland born c1838
Bridget lyons - mother born in ireland c1841.
Thomas Rowley - son born in scarborough c1860
John Rowley - son born in scarborough c1863
Henry or Harry Rowley - son born in scarborough c 1865.
Catherine rowley - daughter born in scarborough c1866.
Mary rowley - daughter born in scarbough c1868.

i have followed the thomas rowley (son) route all the way back to present day........but im struggling with John the other son as above.

can anyone help?
