As Reg and Lisa as explained - for the earlier marriage - Annie use freebmd.or.uk - its free! to search for the marriage.

Marriages Jun 1893 (>99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bywater Annie Frances Bradford, Y. 9b 42

Click on the number at the end of the reference for Annie to bring up the others on that page - you will then get this: The names are in alphabetical order - not as couples!

Marriages Jun 1893 (>99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bywater Annie Frances Bradford, Y. 9b 42
Coote George Bradford, Y. 9b 42
Warren Mary Emma Bradford, Y. 9b 42
Woodhead Ralph Bradford, Y. 9b 42

You have two grooms there - Woodhead and Coote - just look for Annie Frances in the 1901 using all the known facts about her as a Coote or Woodhead.

If you dont have an ancestry sub to check the census, you could take the current three day free trial. Its so much more fun finding it yourself! Just copy and paste the following link into your address panel:

For the 1906 marriage, you look for children after 1911 where MMN is on the index.

These are the names on the marriage index page...........

Charles William Brear 1906 Oct-Nov-Dec Bradford Yorkshire - West Riding, West Yorkshire

Mary Jane Bywater 1906 Oct-Nov-Dec Bradford Yorkshire - West Riding, West Yorkshire

Martha Feather 1906 Oct-Nov-Dec Bradford Yorkshire - West Riding, West Yorkshire

John Butterworth Kilner 1906 Oct-Nov-Dec Bradford Yorkshire - West Riding, West Yorkshire

This may be relevant...........to be 100% sure, you need to buy one of the certs

Name: Ralph Brear
Year of Registration: 1915
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
Mother's Maiden Name: Bywater
District: Bradford
County: Yorkshire - West Riding, West Yorkshire
Volume: 9b
Page: 319

For the earlier one, you cross-refer with the 1901 census

Lisa
Where did you get the info?
If its from Freebmd then you should be able to click on the number to get the other names on the page. Then check the census after the marriage (obviously you can't do this for Mary Jane) using the surnames of the males on the page. You may just be lucky and find Annie Frances.
