Thanks to a post on this board, I also got a 3d freebie. I found that if the pic opened up @ 50% and I did the right-click and save, I got a small blurry file saved. However, if I magnified to 100%, then saved, it was OK. I tried a couple @ 200%, but what got saved was just half the pic.

Thanks Jim and Claire.

I will give it a go next time I get the chance to go to the library.

Clair I've already had a free trial and they wont let me have another one. I tried a while a go.

Thank you both for your help

Don't see why not.
If they have library edition then you can.

Jim

Thanks for your help, but would I be able to do this from a public library?

I went to the library today and tried to save some census documents from Ancestry. I opened the census I wanted and then pressed on the disc icon on the census. They have saved but Unfortunately I can't read them. When I enlarge them they go all blurred. This was my second attempt at downloading these census documents. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Jane
