finding a lost friend

Julie - put a note on Friends anyway, someone else might know where she is. Most schools have message boards for favourite teachers, memories of events etc . Put a message on there, if you are a member it will not cost you.
Have just remembered that my subs. for FR have run out, I had better do something about it.

my BEST friend from School found me after 50 years on Friends Reunited .i left a message on there and she later joined up and found me . We have been in touch now for 4 years and stay with her & her OH every year for a week . she lives in Wiltshire & we live in Kent so its a fair old distance.

I found my best friend from school 30 years ago by looking at friends reunited.

yer I put her name on the looking for list e-mailed everyone with the same surname as well...no luck though

No way unless you can contact someone who will know..

Try this FREE trial from Ancestry and you can trawl through the years to find if she got married, mind you its a Huge Job, with 4 Quarters to each year

Have you tried Friends Reunited? Electoral roll or phone book will be no use if you don't know her married name.

how can I find a old friend from 30 years ago dont know her married name only her date of birth...dont know where abouts in the country she is ...anyone got any ideas
