Is there any way a database/spreadsheet can be used for the Trying To Find of particular surnames in specific countries postings? I think this is a supurb idea but very time consuming going through them all. Maybe GR can set up a link eg: Click on Ireland- click on Cork - type in the family names you are looking for...?
By the way I'm looking for Ireland - Cork - Williams/Ludgate Families.

Have you tried the advanced search option in the yellow box of the left of this screen?

If you opt to search just the "trying to find" board (some way down the search page) and in the top box (keyword) put
Williams AND Cork
then you get 17 posts (unfortunately some of these are William's with no punctuation!)

You can also try the "search trees" option at the top of this screen; either put Cork for place of birth, or leave that blank and reorder the name listings by place of birth.
