I am trying to establish the wife of John Thomas born in Llanfihangel Aberbythych about 1811.

What I know so far is that she was Anne brn abt 1813 in Llanarthney.
John was a farmer with 127 acres. Census has him living at Cwmbrinant. John and Anne had 11 children the first being William brn in 1834 and followed by David, John, Thomas, Francis, Sarah, Richard, Anne, Jane , Mary and James

IGI offers two potential marriages:15 MAR 1833 Llandilo Fawr, Carmarthen, Wales to Anne Thomas or 07 JUL 1835 Llanfihangel Aberbythych, Carmarthen, Wales to Anne Samuel born 1815 christened 05 feb 1815 Llanfihangel Aberbythych, Carmarthen daughter of William and Anne Samuel.

Is there anyone who might have access to Parish records who might be able to confirm either of these possibilities or offer any other light on John and his parents?

Thanks, Muswell

Have you considered purchasing one of the children's birth certs? With a name surname like Thomas it's the only way to be certain of her name.
