He was in WW1, he fortunately wasnt killed or injured, so there is no mention of him on cwgc.org, and there is no mention of him on ancestry. I dont even know where to start looking. All I know is on one of his childrens birth cert from 1920 it says ex army Ann

	Hi , you could try www.veteransagency or veteransuk. or the nationalarchives /documentsonline they sometimes have some medal card details and where to look further. most ww1 veterans had campaign medals sorry i havnt got the precise web addresses but i just tapped in the above as they were Good luck
