Think it asks "Have you ever been to Canada before? If so, how long?"

Cancel that last question.. found the answer..

The British Bonus was a commission paid by the Canadian government's
Immigration Branch to steamship booking agents in the United Kingdom and
in European countries for each suitable immigrant who purchased a ticket
to sail to Canada. The immigrants themselves did not receive the bonus,
although those who settled on western homesteads did receive a separate
monetary bonus upon proof of settlement.

One more that I need help with, this is brother Frederick Rapley arriving in 1907.. I really have no idea what most of this says, except I can make out Neath (his place of birth).. also he is stamped with 'British bonus allowed' What might this mean??

He is recorded as a docker on the passenger list when they left liverpool (this is them arriving in canada) and then works for Toronto Hydro Electric once living in Toronto.
