runaway grandfather

my grandfather ran away to canada in 1910 he sailed on the8th oct from glasgow to quebec on a ship called the ionian .can anybody do a passenger look up for me looking for the woman he ran of with her name was mabel johnstone want to know if she sailed on the same ship and date ,sorry im a poor oap cant afford all these pay sites

Just sent a pm but will copy it here. It might help others:
Sorry for the delay in responding, I'm in Canada, so just got up.
First go to:
http://www.automatedgenealogy.com/index.html
Click on "1911 census"
Next you have to click on a province, doesn't matter which one you can access them all later.
Wish I had the name you're looking for, I could lead you through it.
I'll click on Ontario.
Next screen type in last name, I'll use Manson.
Next screen shows how many Mansons in all the different provinces. If you don't know what province click in "All"
Now where it says "Filter Given Contains" type in First name, I'll use Margaret.
When you find the one you want, click on the page.
Then to see the original, click on "split view" at the top.
