Problem with shared trees

When I am looking at another member's tree, the Details section (bottom left) will not scroll. This means that it is impossible to view in full the information at the foot of the section. Does anyone else have this problem, or have I missed something? Janet

Me too Janet, prehaps GR could do something about this?

All very well being given access, but not much help if you can`t get the details.

Ok - to get around this - click the mouse in that area and then use the up/down cursor keys to scroll. Hopefully this should work for you!

Thanks to all of you for your replies. It's nice to know I'm not alone, Angela.

Nicky - I did report this fault to GR back at the beginning of September, and then again in October. Their reply was to the effect that the technical team were looking at it - but now it's November and no result!

Neil - have tried your suggestion, but nothing doing! It does not work for me - maybe I've missed something?

Perhaps if more people reported this problem to GR, they might put it to the top of the "to do" list!

Janet - I use firefox instead of IE so it could be a feature of Firefox.

Two possible aids
1/ full screen(F11)
2/reduce text size/zoom level

Yes! thanks Jim in So'ton and MGH - your suggestions DO work - use full screen (F11) or reduce text size. Why didn't I think of that? I hope that everyone else who is having problems sees this.
