Does anyone know if there are any Worcestershire parish records online?

Yes, the familyhistoryonline website has a database of Worcestershire marriages.

For coverage see:
http://www.familyhistoryonline.net/database/BMSGHWORmar.shtml#Coverage

There are also around half a million records in their Worcestershire Burials database.

Coverage of some parts of Worcestershire in the IGI is pretty good too.
