Newspaper articles/ clippings

You would need to get in touch with the library nearest to where the birth took place. They will have local newspapers from that time on microfilm.

I don't think there would be as many birth announcements in the papers as there are today. Just after the war I would expect money to be short for this sort of thing.

Hi im trying to find a site to get free newspaper clippings ie, birth announcment. any info would be helpfull.
