Hi Emma
Have had a look at it and I think it DOES say Stanley although it was re-written in full in the middle and then ditto'd.
It's the transcription that's wrong. I had a similar thing- the mother was written as Newman and the children had been ditto'd, but transcribed as Nordman!!!

have you loooked at the actual census page. .
it may be a transcribers error have you only looked on the summary

My relative John Stanley born around 1823ish is shown on the 1861 census at 23 Picton Street Bradford. I have his son Joseph Stanley born 1859 at 29 Picton Street on the 1871 census with parents John and Sarah (same as on 1861) but his parents and some siblings are shown with the surname Warmley. Any ideas what may have happened?
