Death Certificate what does this mean please?

Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 8,336 Send Message	As cause of death on a cert I have just got it says. What looks like Decline then underneath it says Not Certified. anyone any idea what it means please. He was 54 so I don't think it was senile dementure? Germaine x

	from antiques morbus website Decline Tabes. A gradual sinking and wasting away of the physical faculties; any wasting disease, esp. pulmonary consumption; as, to die of a decline. . Not certified means he hadnt sought medical help so the cause ofdeath wasnt certified by a doctor
