Cannot any one recommend someone who will help trace a child that was put up for adoption in the 1970,s. My friend was forced by her father to give up her son as she was unmarried. She has tried contacting him through adoption agency but had no reply. NORCAP want £500 to trace him and she cannot afford that any suggestions please anyone?? |
