	Does anyone have a spare minute to take a look at the 1891 census please, as I am trying to confirm the occupation given for my great grandfather Frances Holliday? You will see him listed as being born in 1862 and living in Didcot, Berkshire in 1891. It says he is a farmer and implement agent? If I am reading this correctly, anyone got any ideas on what an implement agent could be? Perhaps a buyer and seller in agricultural equipment? Many thanks Nicky

	He is a Farmer and Implement Agent. Yes, I think you are right. He would sell farming equipment. Kath. x

	Yes, I agree, it's farmer & implement agent and I would presume the same as you, that he bought and sold agricultural equipment. Margaret
