Have a practice, go up to the genesreunited url in your address slot now, click left on your mouse and it will change the address to blue, yes? thats called highlighting. Then click on the right side of your mouse and you can see various options, including copy? Move your cursor (pointer) down to copy and click on it.

Then go to your email and when you get to a point in the mail that you want to give the link just click on the right of your mouse again and move the cursor to paste and click on it.

Have a go anyway.

When I want to send a link in an Email, How do I do it,? sorry I am green and cabbage looking!
