Still can't log in. I guess I'll just have to ask for yet another Password.

How on earth was I able to order 2 Certificates, using my new Password but have since been unable to log in?

Just a thought - make sure you haven't accidentally knocked Caps Lock on.

Oh, the number of times I've had passwords rejected and spent ages trying to log on and turning the air blue...when it's my poor typing skills to blame!

I don't believe this!....

I've tried to access the GRO with my new Password - it's not, now, being accepted.

On the screen you get once you have logged in there is a list of options near the top right.
'My details' is towards the bottom of the list

I've finally been able to gain access with my new Password. Unfortunately, I don't like the new Password they have given me, I shan't remember it in a million years.

'My Details' don't appear 'on screen'.

I want to go back to my original Password.

Margaret

What you need to do is go into "My Details" and put in the password they have give you and then change it to a new password that you haven't used before.

Hope this helps.

Have you tried typing in the password rather than copying and pasting? Sometimes if you copy you add on a "space" at the end of the password which they will reject.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I've not ordered a Certificate on-line for some time.

This afternoon I wanted to order 2 Certificates. I couldn't 'log in' because my Password was incorrect, though I can't imagine why. They have issued me a new Password but I still can't 'log in' - my new Password is still incorrect.

I could scream!
