Hi All,

I got the opening times from the Familysearch website.
I have tried calling 6 times in the last week during there opening hours.
Im going to check the number as Nicky said it may have changed.
I didn't think of that possibility
if that is not the case do's anyone have a email address i could try?

Thank's again Priscilla

You should find the opening times for your local LDS on the Familysearch website - they will only answer the phone during those times. However, I've found with my local LDS that they have changed their times slightly so it's different from the website and on one occasion when I went there - having booked a fiche reader - they were closed.

Keep trying to ring during their advertised opening hours. (You will probably need to call in person to pay for the ordering of the films.)

Priscilla,

You should be able to order rhe films to veiw at your local LDS office.

I wonder if the phone number has changed at the Harbourne office,? it may be worth checking with directory enquiries................ If you got the number from Family search.org theres a good chance it may be old information....... also some of these centres are only open a few hours a week., and you may just be missing them.

Good luck anyway

Nicky
