Lisa, have you put an entry on the Trying to Find board?

Also have you done a quick search (top of page) to see if anyone has Thomas in their tree. Someone has entered a Thomas Whiteoak who is from Newcastle, forgot what year of birth they put 1923???

trying to find any info on thomas whiteoak, my father christopher whiteoak's adoptive father.
He was from newcastle, known as geordie, served as a sergeant in HM Army, and adopted my dad and his siblings whilst based in Dover 1950-60's.
Dad lost all trace as he was only young boy when marriage ended, has tried to trace many times but no luck.
any info at all be so good, thankyou
