The link below to the Norwegian Archives has just added digitised Parish Registers where you can see and search the actual registers.

It also has free access to the Norwegian Census which can be viewed in English (well most of it)

I have found my 2x great grandfather and all his children in a very short time. I recommend it to anyone trying to trace Norwegian ancestors.
