Just mentioned on another thread that I can't even get past the log in page. both on co.uk and .com site. So annoying. Still waiting for a reply to a complaint 3 days ago

Hi all.

This is their reply to me:

"Yes we are aware of the odd behavior of the BDM records and are looking into it. Sometimes just refreshing the page or trying the search again also fixes it. We appreciate you reporting the error and hope to have it resolved soon."

I've not ben on Ancestry today so don't know if it is still playing up.

I know a lot of members are having problems with Ancestry at present but has anyone had a reply to their e-mails asking why we are experiencing this problem. I have tried several times to e-mail them and for whatever reason cannot get the e-mail through to them. So how does one contact them?
