Thankyou to those who offered help I have tried holding ctrl down also logging off then on cleared all recent seachs also defragged and anything else to no avail have emailed GR to see if they can help me, cant get on to other trees I have access to either. have to get the kids to have ago they no more about computers than this old girl. |

If you are getting a blocked pop up message try clicking on your tree whilst holding down the control "ctrl" button on the bottom left of your keyboard. |
