Parent's are William Motson and Sarah I Have been passed this info and I want to try and find him on the census years. It could be Matson as the name does seem to change a bit

He could have died before 1841...unless your informant has any details of his having survived.

Think I may have found hin in 1841. Image could just as easily read Motson. He is a shoemaker.
