Hi

Maybe I shall email them. I dont like talking to people over the phone because you never know what the secretary on the other end will be like. It is Xmas but I should have got my Priority Cert by now. Unless it has been held up in the post?

I would phone the GRO and tell them it hasn't arrived. They wouldn't have received the order until Monday, but it should have been sent out by Tuesday, first class, and I would have expected you to have it by Wednesday. Tell them if they haven't sent it out yet you do not want to be charged the priority delivery.

Complete waste of time and money. On Saturday I ordered a cert as a priority for £23 and now it still hasnt arrived. Tomorrow will be Friday and I thought that a Priority cert arrived within 2 or 3 days. I feel I have wasted £23.

I will be even more annoyed if it arrives on the same day as the other cert I sent off for which is a Standard £7 copy. I sent off for both certs the same day.
