Just Dublin City and Dublin County at present. The rest of the counties will follow over the next two years and by googling above address you can find out when the next counties are coming online and in which order. The 1901 Census will be available in the same way over the next 2 years.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but news from my cousin in Ireland,some info from 1911 is now available on -line for free.
