The copies of the older local newspapers are usually kept on film in the main reference library for the area in the family history part. They usually offer a look up and photocopy service.I don't know the area, but just google for the library service in the area to find the correct one to contact

I am sure that the library local to Wallingford will be able to help.

Can anyone tell me how to find an article in a newspaper.I am looking for the report of a death of James Fosten in November 1928.He died after a car accident,I have the death certificate, and there was a post mortem and an inquest in Wallingford,Oxford.I have tried to email a local paper without reply.
Many thanks for help.
