help need to find shelia,clifford,leslie and ernes

i was wondering if anybody could help me actually find records of there births,i know roughly there year if birth,shelia jones 1940,leslie jones 1920 death 1978,clifford jones 1936 and ernest jones 1926 as far as i know they all were born in the shropshire area |

Do you know if their mother was a Chesney or an Eley? I am looking for a possible birth for Leslie based on what I found below and there are two Leslie C Jones born Sept qtr 1920. |
