Can anyone check a burial for me please, on the NBI or via Familhistoryonline?

John Brookes died between 1838-1841 and familyhistoryonline says there are 3 of them, I've not got any credit left to see if one is mine!

He will have been buried in Tunstall, Wolstanton or Burslem in Staffordshire if someone would be kind enough to check, and should be under 50 although I don't know his exact age.
