Irish Look up's for 1820's Henry Lyons

Does someone has any info on looking up Irish Ancestors.I know the approx D.O.B. the county and city my ancestor is from.Just incase that someone is reading this it's
Henry Lyons
D.O.B approx 1820's
Cork City
Co Cork
Ireland.

I know that by 1846 he is in Greenwich S.E London,apparently married to an Elizabeth Trigg. (cannot find marriage ANYWHERE)
But incase anyone can refer me to a specific website,id be very gratefull.
