Hi

Can anyone help me to find out where Pimlico is?. I have a relative on the 1891 living in Woolwich, Kent, but has her birth as from Pimlico, I have been trying to find her birth but as yet no joy, so I thought if I could find out where it is, then maybe I could find out what Reg dist it came under as I have probably looked pass the info, looking for it to be registered under Pimlico. lol

Hope you understand what I mean

Thanks
Tracie.

All registration district info is on genuki website

If your relation was born before 1875, the birth may not have been registered.

Thank you all for your help

My ancestors were born 1864 and 1862, but as I cant find their marriage, I cant go back anymore and was hoping a birth might help. lol

I think in the past you have helped me with this Reg.

Henry William Burnett and Elizabeth Harriet Ely. lol.

I have found a Henry William Burnett who was born in same place and same year as mine on the 1871 census with his family. He appears to be the only one with the correct info. If you were me, would you be inclined to add that info (i.e Parents, Siblings ) to your tree without certificated evidence?

Thanks again and Happy new year to you all

Tracie.

I used to live in pimlico it is situated between vicoria and vauxhall, S.W. London. You could try either Lambeth or Westminster if this is of any help.
