They're mistranscrbed as Backer on the 61 census. Original reads Barber.

Thank you! They were born in Marylebone, Middlesex. John Barber was born in Norfolk / Suffolk.

Hi

Can anyone help me find the Barber family?
I have them on the 1851 census living in Marylebone, Middlesex
JOHN 43
MARIA 40
MARY 20
EMILY 26
CAROLINE 8
ANNE 6
EDWARD 4
JULIA 1.

I then have John, Maria and Edward and Ellen (born 1852) on the 1881 census. But they seem to be missing on the 61/71 census. Can anyone help me at all???

Many thanks,
juliana
