Just did a Google search and nothing came up for Sumolett - but Smollet appears to be a Scottish surname.

I am wondering if anyone has come across the name Smollet / Sumolett?

I have two females named it in my tree, from Scotland ( births 1837 and 1890s). I am interested in the origins and how you would pronounce it.
