Dorset marriage. Thank you both very much for your enormous help. I had fun reading your posts too. Can you leave them up for another day as i've just got home from being called away for 2 days and my brain wont be able to digest the info tonight. I'll get cracking in the morning. No wonder there isn't a 2nd marriage if the name is wrong on the 41 census. I thought my dad had said his mother hated her stepmother and thought that Tamzen was the step mother not the mother so this Thomasine mast be the 1st wife.
