Why don't GR listen?

Looking at the date - do you think maybe your money didn't go through or something? If it's up for renewal and they're now saying you're not a full member, maybe that's what's happened....

Thanks Kathleen. I think I'll give them a bit more time to sort it out and if they don't I'll do as you suggest.

GR are terrible at replying properly to complaints. I think they just go for the nearest "standard" reply they can find.

I would email them again and copy and paste this thread into your email. If you weren't a full member you would not be able to add to threads.

Any tips on how to get through to GR?

For some unknown reason I can't access my tree - or any others that I should be able to. I e-mailed Genes and had a reply saying that I was not a full member!!!! I have been a full member since 5/1/2006! I e-mailed them with that info. but have had no reply. It's frustrating - what can I do now (apart from being patient and waiting for another reply which I hope will not be meaningless)?
