I would say first cousins, twice removed.
You would be a first cousin of the other person's grandparents but 2 generations away from the other person.

If i have done it right on there then its..1st cousin once removed

These were my calculations:

Margaret / Other person
Grandparents / g.g.grandparents (same)
Parents / g. grandparents (siblings)
Margaret / grandparents (1st cousins)
Margaret / parents (once removed)
Margaret / other person (twice removed)

Correction, twice removed, i misread the number of "greats" in the original post.


My answer would have been correct if it had been great grandparents but for 2xgrt grandparents the correct answer would be twice removed.
