Hi Jill, do you mean sent messages on GR or in Outlook/Outlook express?
If you mean GR, by the look of it, you should be able to click in the box on the right hand side of the PM title, and then delete at the bottom.

How do I empty my SENT items items folder without doing every one at a time? I know how to empty Deleted but clicking on Edit but doesn't seem to work with Sent.
Be grateful for any replies. Thanks.
