Are you sure it does not say Paralysic, which means paralysis - but not total or complete loss of movement or feeling. Usually Paralysics have some feelings (pins and needles, cramps) and some very minimal movement.

Gail.

Hi All.......................

Received a Death Certificate today for my Gt. Gt. Grandfather, who died in Bodmin County Asylum aged 45 years, in 1863

The cause of death is stated as **Panalysic Certified**

Ive been googling for hours now and coming up with nothing.

Does anyone know what this means please....or know of any good sites that could help?

Thanks in anticipation

Hope
