I found a marriage on Ancestry.
Why the two surnames for the bride?

Marriage
Dorothy Moore or Sutton (i dont understand this bit)

Thanks for your idea Heather but i checked ancestry for Sutton/Booth marriage and it's the same there but no 'Moore' name added.

Very confusing!

Hi there i have had this
the first was her maiden name
then the second name was a man she lived with but didnt marry but she was known as this name

hi, my Uncle married a lady with two surnames the one was her maiden name the other was the name of someone she`d married who turned out to be already married which wasn`t found until 4 years and two children later !!!!!
