That will save me a great deal of time now I don't have to keep typing the same info.

Thanks Pam - but can you explain how - I have tried highlighting the text and right clicking but nothing appears.

Also my programme crashes quite often - does yours?
I do keep it backed up but I wonder if there is some kind of fault with the programme.

Hi Terri,
I have the same programme as you, and yes you can copy and paste info from one to the other.

Does anyone know if it is possible to copy and paste from one person's notes to another? i.e. husband to wife on the same programme - hope that makes sense!
