i need a little help please...thomas anyon b 1795 and elizabeth standish b 1796,both neston....their children..
ellen anyon b 1820
mary 1822
william 1823
anne 1826
samuel 1828.........all babtisms on cprdb site.........
also to elizabeth standish a daughter,... mary b 1818...bastard...
i can`t find thomas and elizabeths marriage,and...
,i can`t find mary standish`s marriage......,did she take the anyon name..?..could anyone possibly find mary standish in the earliest census...is she with thomas and elizabeth,or is she with elizabeths parents.edward and ann standish??....basically,i can`t find her...any clues??....allan

thanks michael...i have marys babtism(as standish) on record as 18 october 1818...so although you have found a mary anyan in neston,i don`t think this is my mary...in the 1841 census,mary woul have been 23...thanks again...allan

Allan,

In the 1841 census Mary is likely to show as age 20 as ages were usually rounded down to the nearest 5 years.

thanks...michael has pm`d me with thomas and elizabeths marriage in Liverpool...both being from neston,i didn`t think of Liverpool...regards...allan
