Problem with Ancestry

Has anyone had a problem closing their Internet Explorer window after being on the Ancestry website.

I've used the Ancestry site for years with no problem but in the last few weeks when I try to close Internet Explorer it crashes and takes a while to close. This only happens when I've been on Ancestry in that window.

We've tried it on three separate computers in the house on both XP and Vista, with and without the enhanced image viewer installed but we are getting the same problem on all three.

Yes I,m having the same trouble. Was hoping it wasnt my PC but my Norton doesnt show any problems. I have to do Ctrl+Alt+delete then finish task to get the blank page to go . have sent numereous" report this"to microsoft but nothing happned so far.
Dont know if its a Microsoft problem, altho other pages close OK. or maybe its to do with Ancestry.
Whilst I wish it wouldnt happen I,m glad to know its not just me!!

Thanks Shirley.

I'm glad it's not just us. My son says it's definitely not a Microsoft problem so it must be something to do with Ancestry.

I have to leave all the technical stuff to him as I haven't a clue about such things. It's just a nuisance.
