Stephen, I bought the 2008 thinking it would be an improvement on the 2006 but found it has less of the facilities I wanted to use, such as my own internet home page so I dumped it and went back to using my 2006.

It has so many glitches and shortcomings to sort out, Im surprised they marketed it without doing so.

There is a forum for the FTM - all versions - and Family Tree Forum also have a software board over there - but basically the 2008 is a pain. Where did you buy it? The online software sellers are usually very good at helping you over the phone.

Anybody using this would you know why it freezes and then have to shut down and reopen ,very frustrating.any suggestions
