Hi I think I ordered my grandmother birth certificate from the wrong website. She was born in Belfast Antrim in 1878 which Irish website should I use to order this certificate online or by telephone.

Betty, You can order this via GRONI (www.groni.gov.uk) in Belfast or via GRO Ireland (www.groireland.ie)

Thanks Margaret,

The reason I asked is because I ordered it online from GRONI on 8th January and the money £11 was taken off my bank account on the 11th January.
Info from website states they will delivery in 7 working days but I still haven't received the certificate yet. I have phoned them but still nothing arrived. I thought maybe I had ordered it from the wrong place or something.
