Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 6,064 Send Message	Thanks Margaret, The reason I asked is because I ordered it online from GRONI on 8th January and the money £11 was taken off my bank account on the 11th January. Info from website states they will delivery in 7 working days but I still haven't received the certificate yet. I have phoned them but still nothing arrived. I thought maybe I had ordered it from the wrong place or something. Betty
