	I have no idea how this has happened but the pages are too large and run off on all sides of the screen. Any ideas how I can get it back to normal. Please help in laymans terms and sorry but will have to go out for about an hour Cheers !

	Don't have an Apple Mac, but down at the bottom left of your screen, is there a percentage (% )showing? If so, click on the black triangle next to it, and then click on 100%
