Sorry for not getting back sooner, have checked on Scotlands people on line and the dates of birth differ on the census forms for it to be her.

Could she possibly be Janet Loughly on the 1871 census? She's age 10. born Newcastle, living in Darlington, sister-in-law to David Davis who's married to Mary born 1850 Scotland.
She's Janet Loughrey on the 1861 census, age 1, born Newcastle. Her father is a shoemaker but his name is William. The rest of the family were born Scotland except Janet and her 3 yr.old brother William born Newcastle.

I am looking for a Janet Locheran bn Newcastle/Northumberland, she married a George Jackson (Middlesbrough) in 1978 aged 18 years, her father is listed as a Lewis Locheran (shoemaker), found her as a Jackson in 1901 and 1888 but cannot find her or her father listed prior to this can anyone point me in the right direction.
