I love bread......... that's something I'd struggle to give up...... I do love salad though but I also love coleslaws and dressings and all the naughty stuff that goes with it lolol xx

They seem to be doing very well.

I have to have the Chinese tonight as I have not had any MSG this week and as you know it is one of the essential minerals and vitamins!

Recently though i have replaced bread, pasta, rice and potatoes with salad with herbs, cherry tomatoes and peppers chopped in.

Fortunately, I love salad, Unfortunately oh does not!

I've put on a few pounds since then Puss :0(
I don't feel comfortable as I am now. I 'm no dieter but I don't mind cutting out the naughty snacking and junk food and stick to proper meals. It will come off soon enough then.

Oh Puss, I agree...they always smell better.

We live near two chinese takeaways and driving past them always results in a car full of that delicious smell... tummy rumbling.

Fortunately the local chinese round the corner does them without any calories as long as you don't eat in.

Sigh, I do miss their comfy chairs!

I can't believe it...........I turned down a McDonalds !!! Unheard of !!! I need to lose some weight but oooooooooo my........ the girls burgers smell YUM WHAT HAVE I DONE !!!!!!
