	Hello Aunty Jean, Yes, my back is a little better today ..... it has been awful but a good nights sleep helped. I'm sure you're right about sitting next to norty Jan, I was doing quite well pain-wise until she showed up ..... I still can't believe the mess she made .... or that she stole a muffin ! LOL It was so lovely to see you yesterday ....sending you a (((hug))) for tomorrow. Lots of love Viv xxx
