She's old enough to be my mother, I'm the baby of the family...no I wouldn't do it either.
I've been up Snowden but not climbed it, it's 2 to 3 hours walk.

Have you ever been to the I O M, my dad was mad on bikes and I'd like to see the TT races...?

Anne

Anne Report 23 Jun 2009 22:07

No I don't like heights, good luck to your cousin, she's braver than me.

Have you ever climbed Snowden or Ben Nevis?

*$parkling $andie*

*$parkling $andie* Report 23 Jun 2009 18:23

Nearest is probably 10 miles.Never use them. We have a large garden which hubby plants, and also still own my deceased parents house which has a garden 3 times the size of ours with more fertile soil, so hubby plants both. Hard work, but keeps us in fruit and veg for ages. Just about to go and water ours.lol

Have you ever done or considered doing a parachute jump.?
My cousin, in her 70's is doing a tandem one for charity on the 26th!!

Anne

Anne Report 23 Jun 2009 16:36

I buy in preference if not too expensive. We only grow veg in growbags, at the moment we have only tomatoes & marrows missed the runner beans for some reason.

Have you any "Pick your own farms" near by?

*$parkling $andie*

*$parkling $andie* Report 22 Jun 2009 22:03

I'm not a film buff,so when I do see them it's either on Sky TV or DVD.

Do you buy or grow organic veg ?

Anne

Anne Report 22 Jun 2009 18:59

We always have Sunday lunch at home, as our two granddaughters and their parents visit.

Do you prefer to see films at the cinema or wait for the DVD to come out ?

Sunday lunch..do you eat in or out...?
We're always in , but it can be cheaper for 2 to eat out !

Anne

Anne Report 21 Jun 2009 11:19

Not as easily as I use to but can just about manage it now.

Do you always speak the truth no matter what?
