Hi Helen. I too have had a look.
I wish your dad well with his search.
Different circumstances, but my mum never met her dad.We have a name and an occupation.She still wonders about him, and she is 79!

Just another facebook thought, there is a group called Genealogy on there which seems to have mainly american members, why not join and add a link there pointing to you youtube film and asking them to take a look like you did on here
